ERBTV12 ANNEALING MACHINE FOR SENSITIVE WIRE

The ER/BTV 11 Pipe Annealing Machine is designed for precision annealing for wire and lining. The annealing sensitivity of chains made with thin wires is very important, and the degree of hardness in each part of the wire must be equal.

While ER/BTV 11 has this sensitivity, it offers wire annealing at 3 different microns at the same time. In addition, the annealed wire or lining is properly wound onto the reel with the help of traveling guides.

It has the possibility of annealing 2 or 3 wires of different thicknesses at the same time, as well as standard annealing.
